1. Call or Text Us

• Tell us where you are and how much water you need. Not sure of your cistern size? We can measure it on our first visit and let you know.
• We answer the phone — call or text anytime, and if we miss you, you'll hear back from a real person, usually within the hour.

2. We schedule your delivery

Day, night, weekend — we deliver when you need it. You'll know when to expect us.

Just let us know how to get to your cistern — gate codes, where the lid is, anything we should know.

3. We deliver potable water

Once we arrive, the fill itself usually takes under 15 minutes. You don't need to be home, as long as we can get to your cistern.

E-transfer is the easiest way to pay. We'll send you the details when we confirm your delivery.
